The composer at the top of the feed has four kinds:
- Update: what you are building or learning. The everyday one.
- Code: an update with a code block, syntax highlighted.
- Achievement: something you finished or won. Add a proof link and it is marked as proven.
- Question: a quick one for the feed. For a real question that deserves answers, use Q&A instead.
Tags and mentions
Write #tags to put a post in front of people who follow that topic, and @username to notify someone. Both work in comments too.
Photos
Pictures are shrunk and converted in your browser before upload, and the location data phones write into photos is dropped with it. Posting a photo does not publish where it was taken.
